Hypocaloric high-protein drink low in carbohydrates and lipids with an energy value of 69 kcal per 20 g scoop, with sweeteners. 400 g jar = 20 preparations. Low glycemic index, low-calorie, high-protein snack.
Rich in protein - Low in sugar and fat - Suitable for diabetics.
INGREDIENTS: Milk proteins (emulsifiers: lecithins (soy)); lean cocoa powder 14%; salt ; thickener: xanthan gum; sweeteners: acesulfame potassium and sucralose; anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate. May contain traces of: egg, nuts, gluten and celery.
PREPARATION ADVICE:
In a shaker containing 170 ml of cold water, add the contents of 2 rounded scoops and shake vigorously.
For a hot drink: reheat in the microwave for 45 seconds (600 W) in the open shaker. To be consumed quickly after preparation.
For more flavor, you can also prepare your Kotquick with 90 ml of water and 85 ml of skimmed milk.
